Callisto in the Greek mythology

Callisto (Greek: "the most beautiful") was according to the Greek mythology the daughter of king Lykaon. Callisto was a companion of Artemis. She was loved by Zeus and got a son, Arcas. Callisto was punished for that. Artemis changed her into a bear and Zeus transformed her into the constellation Great Bear, together with Arcas (Small Bear).
